Explore the beauty of the Himalayas in winter
Explore one of the most beautiful Himalayan treks, during the winter. Sarotu Meadows is a dreamy gateway to come across the rich Himalayan flora & herbal wealth. It is a paradise for cross-country Heli-skiers & offers a magnificent view of surrounding peaks of Pir Panjar Range. The upper meadows of Sarotu remain covered with snow from January to May.

Detailed Itinerary
Arrive at Delhi. Meet TEAM MOUNT ME at a pre-decided time and location. You will be transferred to NAGGAR via bus in an overnight journey to reach the base camp.
Travel time & distance: 11-12 hrs travel time including halts, 512 kms.
Meals: Dinner (At trekker’s expense) & breakfast at NAGGAR (Included in the package)
Arrive at the base camp at NAGGAR (Heritage village). Settle in your respective tents. Post-lunch briefing about the trek by certified trek leaders, followed by the acclimatization trek to the heritage village, Naggar Castle, Roerich Art Gallery and the ancient temples of Naggar. Overnight stay at the base camp.
Meals: Lunch, high tea & dinner at the base camp (Included).
Estimated duration: 3 to 4 hours.
Drive to the starting point of the trek (Bhanara). The trek is gradual uphill until the temple of Naag Devta and further passes through the forest of cedar, spruce and oak, takes us to a beautiful campsite at Tilgan Thach. Overnight stay at the camp.
Estimated duration: 5 to 6 hours.
A gradual uphill trek through the boulders, beautiful meadows and then the thick forest of cedar, spruce and oak. Camp on an alpine pasture of Sarotu, carpeted with fern and alpine flowers in the summer. Relish the visual feast of surrounding snow-capped mountains. Overnight stay at the camp.

We ascend towards Dumdumni Top (Approx. 12,140 feet). Back to the camp at Sarotu by the evening. Overnight stay at the camp.

Descending through beautiful trail of Sarotu, passing through the spectacular village Sethan. Drive back to Naggar. Overnight stay at the base camp.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Manali market. You will be free to indulge in shopping or explore the city by yourself.
Later, the trekkers can board their bus for DELHI (Overnight journey) can booked by Mount Me.
The trek concludes with happy memories.
